About WaiverKit

WaiverKit is a digital waiver and consent form platform built for businesses that need a fast, reliable way to collect legally binding signatures.

Our Mission

Paper waivers get lost, damaged, and are impossible to search. WaiverKit replaces the clipboard with a signing experience customers can complete on their phone in under 30 seconds. Every signature is timestamped, stored securely, and instantly searchable from your dashboard.

What We Do

  • Digital waivers that customers sign on any device, no app required.
  • Legally timestamped PDFs generated automatically and stored in the cloud.
  • QR code and kiosk mode so walk-in customers can sign on the spot.
  • Template builder to create custom waiver forms with consent fields, signatures, and more.

Our Team

WaiverKit is built by a small team focused on replacing outdated paper workflows with modern, secure software. We are based in Switzerland and serve businesses worldwide.
