Waiver software for swim schools

WaiverKit is digital waiver software for swim schools: lesson kids, camp attendees, and parent-and-me classes sign through a parent on their own phone. Swim level captured, parent consent by text, kiosk on the pool deck for walk-ins.

Saturday morning lessons: 30 kids, three pools, parents chatting on deck. Every kid is signed in on their parent's phone before the whistle blows.

Lessons start on time, every time

Nothing kills a 30-minute lesson like a parent at the front desk filling out a paper form. They sign from the car in the parking lot, the coach has a cleared list, the whistle blows on time.

Swim level on the coach's roster

Parents self-report their kid's swim level on the waiver. The coach pulls the roster, groups the kids by level, and runs a better first lesson instead of asking each family on deck.

Season re-enrolments without the desk line

When the new session starts, returning families get a one-tap re-sign prompt. They sign from home before the first lesson, you don't have a 20-person line at the desk on week one.

Questions

Common questions from swim schools

Can we ask about swim level and any fear of water on the waiver?

Yes. Add any custom questions you need. Coaches filter by level before class starts and know who to keep in the shallow end.

How do parent-and-me classes work?

The parent signs the waiver, the child is added as a participant, and both names appear on the roster. The signature covers the parent on-deck and the child in the water.

Our pool deck has weak Wi-Fi. Does the kiosk work offline?

Yes. Kiosk mode signs waivers locally and syncs when it reconnects. Pool decks with spotty signal stop being a problem.
